A one day workshop which engaged a range of health, social care and education professionals in designing a vision and action plan for the delivery of integrated, person centred services to support young people with a disability as they move into adulthood.

Design and delivery of a one day workshop to enable drug and alcohol workers within a charity to identify and address barriers and challenges in delivering services, and to negotiate new ways of working with managers.

Icarus was asked to design and facilitate a risk analysis workshop to help Environment Agency staff and their key partners appraise future risks to the flood management strategy and to put in place mitigating measures. The one day session was facilitated in a very interactive way to encourage creative thinking both about risk and response.
