UK Flood Hydrology Roadmap Workshops

A series of workshops with multiple stakeholders from a range of organisations with an interest in develop a roadmap for the development of a strategic programme of work focussed on flood hydrology across the United Kingdom. We facilitated an initial two-day workshop and subsequent one day workshop to help organisations reach agreement on a strategic vision and over 30 actions to include in an ongoing programme of work. Following publication of the UK Flood Hydrology Roadmap, we have since facilitated a one-day face to face workshop and subsequent half day online workshop with the group to develop a strategic engagement plan for the wider stakeholder engagement needed to support delivery of the action plan.
