About us

Icarus provides professional support, policy advice and direct delivery. Established for nearly 15 years, our work is based on our considerable track record and experience, and our thinking is current with the policy agenda on issues such as Localism, the Big Society, Co-Production, Personalisation, and more ..

We are one of the very few UK consultancies to specialise in the design, facilitation, delivery and evaluation of planning and decision making processes which draw people and organisations together.  This takes place in a number of fields including the natural environment, child and family services, health and social care, and civil society.
