An effective engagement plan will consider the context and background to the issue / project, the overall objectives and the reasons engagement is needed. Who must be engaged, their current positions and the level of engagement for different stakeholders will be assessed. This analysis then informs a detailed action plan that sets out process phases, tasks, appropriate methods, who to engage and time scales.

We undertake stakeholder engagement with our clients in a way that builds ownership of the process and ensures the design is aligned with the desired outcomes.
Central to our work is the design of processes that enable stakeholders to be engaged so that their opinions can inform decision-making and the development of projects or plans. This can range from the design of one off events to complex multi issue and multi stakeholder processes that may run through multiple phases.
