Flood risk business planning engagement
We worked with the Environment Agency’s North West Regional Flood and Coast Committee (RFCC) to design and deliver a stakeholder engagement process to develop a new five year business and action plan for the Committee. We designed, facilitated and reported on five online workshops to gather input from five separate partnerships. Each workshop involved stakeholders from multiple organisations, with multiple perspectives and our engagement process and workshop design
enabled the different views and perspectives of individual stakeholders within each partnership to be heard and recorded. We then designed a final workshop, with representatives from across each partnership, to review and finalise the suggested scope and priorities for inclusion in a revised Business Plan.
