Our Work : Training

We aim to translate our practical experience into good training. We have developed a short programme of one and two-day courses that draw on our core areas of expertise.

Some clients find our standard programmes fit their requirements exactly. For others we design training specifically to meet their needs, tailored to the issues and problems they face.

This course provides a solid foundation in the theory, practice and strategy development of stakeholder engagement processes.

Facilitation skills

Participants learn how to plan and deliver a quality session, the value of a consensus building approach and how to deal with common facilitation problems.

Engaging ‘hard to reach’ groups

A course that explores the key elements of consulting ‘hard to reach’ groups.

Building an effective partnership
1 day

Helps partnerships critically examine the way they operate, identify areas of weakness and work out how to resolve strategic and operational problems.
