Reviewing and evaluating whether engagement work
is effective in supporting good decision-making is
another element of Icarus’ work. To ensure
engagement processes are delivering what they set
out to do it is crucial to evaluate and build in a
learning feed back loop.
We have been commissioned to undertake the
evaluation of a number of engagement processes.
