To achieve a successful outcome quality planning
is crucial. We generally take clients through three
stages:
1. Identifying the challenges
Here we spend time working out what needs to be
achieved. We research the presenting issues and
needs of all stakeholders and define the desired
outputs and outcomes of the process.
2. Identifying stakeholders
Stakeholder identification and analysis is very
important. This planning stage ensures that the
right individuals, groups and organisations are
engaged in the process at the right time and level
and using the most suitable methods and approaches.
3. Designing an engagement strategy
Here we bring together our knowledge of the
challenge with the knowledge of the stakeholders and
design an overall engagement strategy. This might
range from a plan for a one day workshop right
through to an overall stakeholder engagement
strategy for a large and complex organisation.
