Building an Effective Partnership
We apply Icarus’ experience of working with partnerships and take a constructively critical look at participants’ own partnership work. By applying our Self Appraisal Toolkit participants have the opportunity to identify areas of weakness and to focus on the steps needed to overcome common strategic and operational barriers.
Icarus has developed a proven training model which allows workers to understand and self design an outcomes focused evaluation. Icarus has developed the model for workers in a range of settings, including children’s and youth work and projects supporting engagement with the natural environment.
