Drawing people together to understand their work, do their best thinking and find workable solutions is core to Richard’s way of working.
With a background in community development and work with children and young people, Richard focuses on enabling the best use of the assets and skills within people and places. Recent work includes evaluating young people’s learning for the National Holocaust Centre and Asset Based Community Development for Kirklees Council.
