Nicola Stenberg

Nicola is an experienced regeneration professional with considerable experience in the community, voluntary and public sectors. She has been a manager, trainer and development specialist in the fields of social care, community development regeneration, partnerships and adult and community education.  A particular strength is her skill in the design and facilitation of processes that enable effective and efficient partnership working. Nicola has worked with a wide range of operational and strategic partnerships, assisting them to review their effectiveness and develop improvement plans. A key feature of this approach is the engagement of all key stakeholders in a deliberative and developmental process in order to build understanding, ownership and commitment.  Nicola is also a skilled evaluator: she has extensive evaluation experience at a project and programme level and has led Icarus’ work on developing robust learning tools and support mechanisms to enable organisations to realise the benefits of evaluation.
