Helen Bovey

Helen has a background in the voluntary, community and public sectors, and has particular specialisms in voluntary sector development, action research and rural issues. Her skills lie in designing practical, workable and realistic solutions to complex issues, and in the analysis of data to produce useful and relevant recommendations to clients. The participation of stakeholders is key to her approach to work and is applied to many of her projects; much of her focus is on exploring new and appropriate ways of engaging stakeholders and ensuring they have a voice in evaluation, research and development projects. Helen is also an efficient project manager and has taken this role for some of Icarus’ largest contracts.
